A warm welcome awaits you at this lovely village facility. We have four rooms available for hire and a spacious foyer entrance to meet and greet your guests. The main hall, the Jepson-Kennedy Room, has a capacity of 200 and has access to a large kitchen with full catering facilities. The Bill Shingles Room has a capcity of 100, also with direct access to the catering kitchen. The Douglas Room is upstairs and has lift access, kitchenette and toilet facilities. This room has a capacity of approximately 60 people. Just next to the Parish Clerk's office, you will find our small meeting room which can accommodate 20 people and has the benefit of a small kitchenette for tea and coffee making. Capacity depends on seating arrangements so please check with the bookings clerk for more information. You can contact the booking clerk for further information by submitting the online form. VILLAGE HALL TREASURER
Sadly, the Village Hall Management Committee have been informed by David Moore that after many years as Honorary Treasruer, he will be stepping down from this position at the end of 2019. If you would be interested in volunteering for this important role and have the appropriate skills, please contact Pam Jepson, Chair of the Village Hall Management Committee on 01283 716747. There will be a period of handover prior to David Moore retiring.
VILLAGE HALL CLOSURE - 20 March 2020
Sadly, the Village Hall Management Committee have taken the difficult decision to temporarily close the hall until further notice. This is in line with government announcements due to Covid-19.
We will be happy to see you all back at the hall in more settled times. Take Care and many thanks for all your support so far.
Blood Donor Sessions and other urgent bookings relating to community safety will still take place at the hall as a necessary function of this facility.
